Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and functionalities.
- Database Management:
- Work on designing and optimizing database structures for high-performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain data storage solutions that align with the overall architecture.
- API Development:
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different components of the system.
- Ensure API security and performance are at the forefront of development efforts.
- Code Quality and Testing:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on code quality and best practices.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to automated testing frameworks.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the backend systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to address customer-reported issues promptly.
- Documentation:
- Document design decisions, coding standards, and system architecture for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages.
- Solid understanding of database management systems, including relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience mentoring junior engineers.
