Aera Technology is seeking a Resource Analyst / Administrator to join our team in Pune. This role will support our global professional services team in optimizing Aera’s resources to ensure efficient operations and successful project delivery. This includes resource management, project oversight, and financial project tracking. This role serves as the main point of contact for the professional services team and will be responsible for analyzing key metrics related to project health, budgeting, and resource utilization.
Responsibility
- Set-up of project workspaces within our PSA based on the Statements of Work (SOW) and the project matrix provided by the Professional Services Team.
- Allocate resources to the project-based SOW and/or client requirements, including resource notification assignment and set-up.
- Coordinate with Regional Services Directors, Development Managers, and Engagement Managers to ensure timely project scheduling, resource allocation, timely delivery and project budget/margin.
- Monitor resources time entries, make corrections when required and ensure timely submission for Billing.
- Validate and own the data Professional Services Automation tool (PSA), including all reporting updates and requirements.
- Prepare month-end reports, including billing, utilization, project profitability, non-billable project approval/tracking.
- Assist in maintaining a skills matrix within our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of implemented changes and identify areas for further optimization.
Nice to have
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of his/her work and demonstrates a strong drive for results.
