Job Description
In the role of Sr. Manager – Vendor Operations, you will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective Vendor and vendor operations management framework for furniture vendors. You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the processes, quality, timelines, negotiation and various process and vendor excellence projects in the region.
- As a vendor manager you will be responsible for all the negotiations with vendors for arriving at the correct costing of the products by generating proper and correct information on material, pricing and process from concerned teams.
- You will be assessing the vendor performance based on their quality, SLA, TAT and interest and will be building a robust supply chain for furniture products in the region.
- You will be working on risk analysis and planning of smooth operations and supply flow of product from backend.
- You will be responsible for the vendor billing and payment coordination with multiple intra and inter teams.
- Excellence in product quality and consistency in timely delivery is the key factor for growth of a category and you will be responsible to maintain the consistency and excellence by aligning various projects related to above mentioned internally and externally.

Job Requirement
- MBA in operations management, preferably from a Tier I institute.
- Experience in operations management.
- A process driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently.
- Performing cost analysis and implementing cost control
- Forecasting inventory and purchasing needs

- Resolving vendor and employee complaints
- Good knowledge of report management systems via excel and MIS. Understanding and Analysis of business via excel and report management system and excel.
