Now a little more about what you could be doing as part of our team and contributing to Swift’s mission and vision. As Customer Program Manager on the Program & Compliance Management team, your role will be responsible for managing and delivering the program to our customers.  This position will partner closely with our product management, engineering, and business teams to ensure customer engagements are run at a first-class level and Swift delivers on our commitments.  

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Own the success or failure of a program
  • Drive the execution of assigned customer programs to ensure objectives are met
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks that could jeopardize the success of the program
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Resource planning for program execution
  • Monitor program health and progress and escalate issues and deviations  in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that programs are delivered as planned
  • Reviewing program outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Optimize program efficiency

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related technology field
  • Experience in early-stage / growth companies, with a preference for automotive, robotics or positioning industry software development experience.
  • Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology
  • Strong ability to interface with customers with various cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities and judgment with a detailed but flexible approach
  • Ability to make sound, scalable, decisions and advocate for those decisions
  • Ability to align teams towards a common objective and drive buy-in to process and approaches
  • Strong communications skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building

 

Desired Skills/Experience

  • 10 years of experience in program management 
  • Technical Program Management in previous experience
  • Direct experience supporting programs with Automotive OEMs
  • Demonstrated applied expertise in working within safety critical applications and certifications (desired ISO26262, ASPICE, ISO9000)
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, diverse and fast-paced environment.

We are committed to pay transparency and providing fair compensation to all employees. The salary range for this position across the U.S. is $165,000 to $200,000 USD + equity + benefits annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
