The Sales Leader for North America will manage and own the GTM aspects of Acante’s business. Your proven experience and track record is necessary to lead all aspects of the business development and sales cycle from beginning to end. Experience in selling software solutions to enterprises is a MUST.
Details:
- Direct sales and opportunity generation: create, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities and direct business development
- Recruit, on-board and mentor the initial team of world class sellers and solution architects
- Identify, recruit and enable Acante reseller channel including onboarding and goal setting.
- Oversee full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, product, etc.
- Take ownership of the forecast and revenue. Set priorities and keep the team focused on the important tasks to meet business and revenue goals
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience. Experience within the data and/or security software space is strongly preferred
- Successful experience working in both large and small/emerging company environments
- Successful track record of introducing new product(s) into the IT market, executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing meaningful business

- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to achieve GTM objectives
