Job Description

As the visual storyteller of our Brand team, the Video Producer & Motion Designer is responsible for the day-to-day development, creation and post-production of our Video and Motion assets within our Marketing team. You are involved in driving every aspect of the production process, from brainstorming ideas to scripting scenes to recording, video editing and animation. The scope runs from short social clips, memes and GIFs to long-form content and motion graphics. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, develop, film, and produce media content for various social media and marketing channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Visually contribute to our distinctive brand presence on social media platforms through stylistic visual choices, voiceovers, creative productions, self-filmed content, and more.

  • Conceive, design, and animate visual elements, breathing life into ideas, concepts, and narratives through the art of motion graphics.

  • Stay at the forefront of design trends to enhance the visual allure of our media content, consistently implementing compelling art direction.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on viral trends and audience insights to develop creative assets that stand out and resonate with travellers.

  • Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, and copywriters, as well as stakeholders to conceptualise and execute visual concepts during project planning and development stages

  • Ensure that content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand voice and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content plans for marketing, product, and communication strategies.

  • Hands-on work experience as a video editor/motion designer
  • Ability to work within a tight schedule
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
  • Portfolio of completed work for brands across multiple channels with a strong focus on art direction and message delivery
  • Previous work experience working as in-house video editor with companies or  agencies
  • Experience in working in fast-paced editorial environments, ensuring quick turnarounds of groundbreaking video content
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, video production or a related field.
