We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team and lead our conversational AI projects based in the US. As a TPM, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of conversational AI initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, and ensuring successful outcomes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- This is primarily to handle some of our key Healthcare customers
- Lead and manage multiple conversational AI projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and CX designers, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Drive the execution of projects, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow
- Provide technical insights on healthcare systems such as EPIC, App Orchard,
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, making recommendations for optimization and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide regular project status updates, including progress, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in conversational AI technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Over 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the field of conversational AI or natural language processing.
- 3+ years of working with clinical systems
- Knowledge of Epic EHR and the full implementation lifecycle of Epic’s suite of applications
- Experience leading Epic EHR and the full implementation lifecycle of Epic’s suite of applications
- Knowledge of relevant operational and clinical workflows
- Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice recognition systems.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance professionals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is desirable.
