Business messaging app Avaamo has raised $6.3 million in seed funding round led by WI Harper Group with others including Rembrandt Ventures Partners, Streamlined Ventures, Eleven Two Capital and Ovo Fund.
Avaamo was founded by two former TIBCO executives, Ram Menon and Sriram Chakravarthy in April this year, and offers free as well as premium service.
With Avaamo messaging app users can send one-to-one or group messages, and can also send voice memos or voice messages.
