(“CUI”) has entered into an amended partnership agreement with Virtual Power Systems (“VPS”) on the design, development, marketing and sales of VPS´s proprietary Intelligent Control of Energy® (ICE) Software Defined Power® (SDP) infrastructure, the company said.
